Volunteer Forms

Before volunteering with Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity, each volunteer must register in advance with our Volunteer Coordinator, Kristen Jeanquart. Please complete a Volunteer Information Form and a Release and Waiver.

The Volunteer Information Form can be filled out below and submitted electronically or it can be printed off and mailed or faxed into our office. The Release and Waiver Form must be printed off, filled out, signed and mailed or faxed into our office. Both forms must be turned in before you volunteer with us.

Our normal worksite hours are from 8AM - 3:30PM.
