Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity will hold a home dedication for the Redko family on Thursday, February 7 at 5 p.m. at the home, located at 1745 Chicago Court. Dedications are open to the public and include a short program featuring speakers, a key presentation, and a reflection from the new homeowners. After the program, guests are invited to enjoy refreshments and tour the home.
Maksim and Alina Redko couldn’t be more excited to move into a brand-new, three-bedroom home in Green Bay. But they’re even more thrilled for their two daughters, Evelyn (2) and Stella (5 months). “I believe that as the head of the family, it is my responsibility to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of my family,” said Maksim, future homeowner. “Safe, clean, and stable housing is one of those baseline needs that I feel obliged to meet as a father.” This was the 112th home Habitat has built and sold to a qualified homeowner in the Greater Green Bay area. Homeowners have a zero-interest and affordable mortgage that is made possible through generous donations of money, materials, and volunteer labor. A special thank you to the sponsors on this home including: Ameriprise, Wells Fargo, Richard & Mary Kasper, and Insperity.
